Custom Coating Machines

Decc offers the service of designing, or 
contracting via third party, a custom coating
machine for coating parts that don't otherwise
lend themselves to existing spray applications. 

In addition to spray equipment, we also provide
this service for alternate operations, such as 
surface preparation and 100% inspection.

Decc provides our customers with the latest
in coating technology to meet their precise
coating requirements.

Fixtured parts pass in front of multiple
oscillating turbines which deliver a 
cloud of electrostatically charged
particles of coating.

This method offers an efficient transfer
of coating to the parts which results in
a smooth, consistent film bond.

Unique part geometries including
difficult angles are best coated
utilizing robotic coating technology.

Fixtures move along a conveyor and
pass in front of a robotic arm which
aims the coating spray in a pattern
that has been predetermined by the
part-specific program.

Tumble Spray Coatings

Decc's unique bulk spray coating process
provides an economical choice for certain
types of high-volume coating applications.

A controlled spray of atomized coating is
applied to rotating parts inside a specially
designed unit, offering an advantage over
dip/spin technology.
