Coating Spray Applications We have 2 6-axis FANUC’s and 1 6-axis ABB Robotic lines, a high volume 4 bell Electrostatic line, a two stage ID coating machine, and 6 Tumble coating units. Surface Preparation DECC utilizes two separate methods for building a mechanical surface on parts prior to coating. It is these two prep processes that give our finished product superior adhesion. Both our aluminum oxide blast, and our micro crystalline phosphate departments are PLC controlled to guarantee consistent performance. Let us help you choose the best performance for your challenge. Rack Coating Design and Fabrication DECC’s in-house fixture design and fabrication , allows our engineers to CAD design a couple of options for fixturing your part for best coating wrap characteristics. Our Fabrication department then takes the CAD designs and machines the fixture options out in as little as a day’s time. Once coating trial analysis is analyzed, the fixture design that best matches PPAP criteria is then mass produced for production launch. Assembly and Packaging We have designed our systems to deal with the highs and lows of today’s JIT (just in time) manufacturing world. Our crossed trained teams can quickly move from racking to packing, thanks to the quality systems that we have in place. Each employee has been trained on the specific part/job, and is able to follow the requirements to a T! Because of systems like this, we have the ability to handle high volumes of parts, in the shortest amount of time, packaged just the way you need it when the shipment leaves our plant.
