When your coating need does not fit a current application process, DECC offers the service of designing, or contracting via third party, a custom coating machine for coating parts that don't otherwise lend themselves to existing spray applications.
When it comes to specialized coating applications, we have the experience you are looking for. Our engineers have designed three such lines in the past couple of years, designed specifically to hit a customer’s unique challenge, and deliver consistent finished product time after time. Caterpillar and Chrysler are just two of the major OEMs that we have proven success with, for such coating services.
We know quality, and we make sure that any custom designed piece of machinery has our quality standards built into the application process. Our engineering staff will write up the specifications tailored to your desire. They will make sure that the machine successfully checks out for each step during buyoff. If time is of the essence, and it usually is, our GANTT charting will be laid out to hit your production date.
Engineering will keep constant check on each stage’s progress, as well as keep you informed on a scheduled basis as to how the build is coming as compared to due dates. Our method of build layout and launch date production run has been very successful. We received an award, from Caterpillar, acknowledging expectations surpassed.
