Our electrostatic spray line is equipped with two six-axis FANUC robots utilized for touch-up purposes, allowing us to coat parts of almost any geometry. If parts require a more personal touch, our hand spray technicians have years of experience. We also have a tumble spray process that can be used for certain substrates, part geometries and coatings.
Depending on the coating requirement, DECC employs various surface pre-treatment methods. DECC’s internal fabrication department allows us to manufacture tooling at an expedited rate and our R & D facility, one of the largest in the industry, provides us the means to get sample parts in our customers hands quickly and without interrupting current production schedules.
The DECC Company provides light assembly and packaging services, as well. To help reduce cost and turnaround time, DECC can also design custom labels and direct ship to our customer’s customer.
